Projects

This project is designed to make use of the power of early intervention by reaching young people before they get into trouble in the first place. The aim is to primarily prevent the youth from committing crime and secondly, prevent reoffending by also working with young people who are already in trouble with the law. The project will be achieved through strategic programs that include, coaching, mentorship, counselling, skills training, mind-shift programs, family intervention and get-back-to-work programs. We aim to reduce the number of first-time youth offenders, reduce the rates of recidivism and improve mental health among the youth.

We believe, this project will add value to the communities we serve as it will produce responsible young people who will bring positive change by contributing to society. We will also continue to work with families as we believe that broken homes, lead to broken communities and ultimately to a broken society. Involving families also helps break the cycle of sameness. Our team will be working with other organisations and government departments in order to achieve the best results and generate sustainable development. Our beneficiaries include Young people out of formal education, young people at risk of committing or getting involved in crime, young people already in trouble with the law, young people involved in gang culture and anti-social behaviour and families with troubled youth or concerned about the direction of their children.
